Halloween in Dublin

Every year for the past 2 years I take my camera and photograph Dublin city at night around Halloween. First time it was a coincident, Sylwia was shooting mannequins in town for her college assignment and I was simply killing time by pressing the shutter. The following year I decided to do it again just to see what's changed :) Now when summer is almost over I'm getting ready for this year’s night stroll.

I like to sneak through town and observe people going to a party or just sitting in coffee shops. Thanks to October early dusk I'm invisible to them. They are completely unaware of me and my camera. Of course it helps that I shoot on fast ISO and aperture 2.8 which allows me to not to use any flash, just the ambient light.

Darkness mixed together with shops lights makes everything different, secret and magical.
