Indian Pudding #Recipe

Happy National Indian Pudding Day! You guessed it. Today is another foodie celebration day - it's all about Indian Pudding. I have to be honest and say that this is my very first time encountering this recipe. Hard to believe, I know - but it's the truth. As a child, I remember my mother would make the Latin version of Bread Pudding (called Pudin) and Rice Pudding (called Arroz con Leche). From these two traditional Puerto Rican desserts, my favorite was Arroz con Leche. The sweetness of the warm rice was very comforting to me, which explains why I loved eating it so much! However, looking over today's shared recipe post for Indian Pudding, I immediately noticed how easily this pudding recipe is made. The ingredients are not complex at all; I would dare to say that most of us probably have all these ingredients sitting in our pantries. I am really considering the idea of getting into the kitchen to prepare this recipe and give it a try.... How about you? What are you thoughts for today's recipe? Would you be willing to prepare this Indian Pudding recipe for your family?
