Good Thursday Afternoon!
As we approach the weekend - I wanted to share a recipe that can be made in a slow cooker using a few ingredients. In my opinion, cooking recipes in a slow cooker is a great way to have a "hands-free" weekend. All you really need to do is drop in a few fresh ingredients inside the slow cooker, place the cover on, turn the setting to low and walk away.... the "walking away" is my favorite part!
Today's recipe is from our "sister" website - Slow Cooking Made Easy - which was published a while ago, however, recipes tend to never go out of style and the same goes with Chili Con Queso Dip... enjoy y buen provecho siempre!
