I was working through my emails earlier this morning while sipping on my second cup of cafe, when I came accross this email from The Daily Grommet.
While I was reading this article, I immediately thought of Chef Alton Brown's foodnetwork show, Good Eats. I used to, and still do from time to time, sit at the kitchen table watching excitedly to see how Alton would break down every ingredient, every instruction into scientific termonology.
