Claire Morgan is a visual artist based in London. She created this interesting piece based on umbrellas for the Big Chill Festival 2009. From her site:
This group of trees near the main stage are used as a shelter from the elements, rain or sunshine. Morgan's work gives the space a subtle feeling of comfort or intimacy, something only discovered after people actually venture under the canopy. The shapes of the umbrella canopies are reminiscent of the sculptural trappings and geometric decorations of the Eastnor Castle interior.
