Steel is the framework for many great inventions, structures and ideas.

 

I recently fabricated a 20 ft tall by approximately 2' wide steel frame in Santa Fe that will be used as the foundational support system for a working wind mill.  I generated an external ladder system for easy access to the top of the tower. I built it in a day in half using steel bars and a Mig welder. 

 

My most recent welding job has been fabricating large scale 14 ' by 54 ' tall  to as long as 154' wind turbines steel tube shells. We use SMAW and Metal Core MIG welding to attach large steel pipes together. We weld to extremely high structural standards and have everything we do Ultra Sonic weld tested.

 

Also just completed a steel table for my studio - 28" x 50" x 30"
