1) Go to Encrypted.Google.Com
2) Search:
" filetype:rtf | filetype:ppt | filetype:pptx | filetype:csv | filetype:xls | filetype:xlsx | filetype:docx | filetype:doc | filetype:pdf "eyes only" site:gov "

This web search finds all information file types hosted on a .Gov website, that include the words "eyes only".

You can also search Encrypted.Google.Com for other branches of the Military or parts of the Government. You can also include different words in quotations.

For Example: if you search "UFO" instead of "eyes only", you find such gems as http://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/foia/fema_foia_log_fy_2009.pdf

Which is a .pdf file for how emergency responders to Hurricane Katrina should react to UFOs.

If you search:

It will search for documents containing the phrase "this document is confidential."
