the land south of bretford along the rugby road is flooded - the road's a bitch to get along but the scenery's good.  the way back the light was changing rapidly so you'll see a couple of repeated shots where the tone felt worth capturing.

Spring is springing in Bretford…one unexpected pleasure of this zine is seeing the transformation of the landscape with crop cycle and season.

thanks a lot kelly. the plan is to revisit various of the places as the seasons progress, so hopefully there will be plenty of reference points as we go along. i've already noticed that i tend to repeat almost exactly the same compositions on the return journeys (different light) so i'm guessing the same is going to happen with the scenes in sets that are repeated over time.
