The not so flat and woody terrain must be more difficult to work with when looking to create geometric compositions ; yet yo have. Great eye for lines and features Tom. Those wooden fences and tree line shadows are very interesting compo features.
thanks eric - istruggle when the landscape gets really complicated, so i seek the geometry you mention, strips, rows, intersections etc... plus, if truth be told, my natural inclination is to geometry and pattern anyway - they're definitely obsessions of mine - i really enjoy the contrast of the man made and designed against the natural world - i'm a sucker for lone vertical uprights in among the trees. apart from anything else they give the images a sense of scale. but then you, eric, are the king of lines after all. ha ha, the line king.
